Jesse Bond — Ag Manager

As Agro Manager, Jesse leads and supports the Grow Team while overseeing day-to-day site operations. A 2015 graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Degree in Agronomy, Jesse brings 10 years of experience in the Ag industry.
Coming from a farm background, he offers perspective from both the retail and producer sides of agriculture — something that helps him better serve customers across the region. Harvest is his favorite season, seeing it as the culmination of a year’s worth of hard work and effort. His favorite crops to see grow are wheat and durum.
Jesse is especially passionate about agricultural technology and its evolving role on the farm. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him working on equipment in the farm shop or tackling home renovation projects — usually with a Red Bull close by.
Kaci Leys — Ag Sales Manager

Born and raised in Marengo, Kaci brings deep roots and hands-on experience to her role as Sales Manager. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Agriculture, she grew up on a cattle ranch and has spent the past 10 years working in Ag Retail.
Kaci is passionate about supporting local producers and helping them succeed in an ever-changing marketplace. Harvest is her favorite time of year — especially when the kids get to ride along on the combine. When it comes to crops, she jokes that her favorite is “Cow Chow” — anything from barley to corn.
Outside of work, you’ll find her bundled up at the rink cheering on U11 or U5 hockey, or recharging with a sugar-free Red Bull.
Meadow Cole — Ag Sales Representative
Originally from Coronation, Alberta, Meadow grew up on a mixed grain and cattle farm and studied Agronomy at the University of Saskatchewan. Her strong farm background, combined with her education, allows her to provide practical, knowledgeable recommendations to local producers.
Her favorite crop is canola — especially when it’s in full bloom. When asked her favorite season, she laughs and says, “Whichever one has the least breakdowns that year.”
Meadow is passionate about helping people feed the world and supporting producers as they grow. Outside of work, she enjoys kickboxing and dirt biking, and she’s excited to be marrying a local farmer. Her fuel of choice? A strong cup of black coffee.

Vern Ranger – Operations Assistant
Born in Kindersley and raised on a farm near Coleville, Vern brings decades of agricultural experience to the operations team. His daily responsibilities include operating the fertilizer plant, loading and unloading trucks, handling crop protection products, and delivering directly to farms.
Vern also spent several years working at Saskatchewan Wheat Pool during the 1990s, adding to his well-rounded industry knowledge. Harvest has always been his favorite season — long days, late nights, and working with harvest equipment are where he feels most at home. Wheat and barley were the staple crops on his family farm growing up.
Outside of work, Vern enjoys relaxing with his wife and building woodworking projects. And like many in agriculture, he keeps it simple with black coffee.
Corey Shantz – Agro Yard Operations
With 50 years of experience in the farming industry, Corey brings unmatched knowledge and steady leadership to Agro Yard Operations. Born and raised in the area, he has seen the industry evolve and continues to bring valuable insight to the team.
Harvest is his favorite season — and he notes that last year was one of the best he’s seen locally. He especially enjoys seeing alfalfa and canola in flower and has a deep appreciation for both the land and cattle sides of agriculture.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with his wife and keeping busy with yard work. His go-to coffee order is dark roast with honey.
