Supporting Local, One Lunch at a Time!

The Kindersley & District Co-op is proud to bring back our Community Lunch Fundraisers for the summer of 2026. These lunches have become a community tradition, bringing people together over a great meal while supporting local organizations, schools, teams, and community groups.

Over the past two years, Community Lunches have raised more than $20,000 for local groups. In 2025 alone, nine organizations shared in more than $11,000 raised through the program. Thanks to the incredible support of our members and customers, every lunch purchased helps make a meaningful difference right here in our communities.

What makes these lunches unique is that Kindersley & District Co-op donates the food, supplies, and barbecue equipment, allowing participating groups to keep 100% of the proceeds from each fundraiser. Whether funds are being raised for programs, equipment, facilities, events, or community initiatives, every dollar stays local and helps strengthen our region.

Community Lunches will be held throughout the summer from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM making them the perfect opportunity to enjoy a great meal while supporting local organizations and community initiatives. To accommodate holiday schedules and volunteers, lunches are not scheduled on Tuesdays following a long weekend. Instead, events have been planned throughout June, July, and August to ensure participating groups have the best opportunity for success.
