Make a Difference: Become a Board Associate
Kindersley & District Co-operative is inviting interested members to consider becoming a Board Associate and take an active role in helping guide the future of their local Co-op.
Board Members and Associates play an important role in ensuring our Co-op continues to grow while supporting the communities we serve. Becoming a Board Associate is an opportunity to learn more about Co-op governance, contribute your perspective and be part of a team committed to making a difference right here in West Central Saskatchewan.
Board Associate Eligibility
Those interested in becoming a Board Associate must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a Kindersley & District Co-op member in good standing.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Make the majority of their shopping purchases at Kindersley & District Co-op locations.
- Have a Co-op account that is no more than three months in arrears.
- Not be employed by, or in a direct relationship with an employee of, Kindersley & District Co-op.
In addition to meeting these qualifications, Board Associates are expected to actively participate in Community and Member events and functions throughout the year.
Kindersley & District Co-op has been serving West Central Saskatchewan since 1914, with communities including Kindersley, Eatonia, Hoosier, Marengo, Coleville, Kerrobert and Brock.
