Kindersley & District Co-op is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing all the strategic Human Resources functions of the Co-op. The position includes overseeing various Talent Management Functions, development parameters and frameworks around policies and procedures that allow for consistent application, administering and coordinating all in-house and external learning and development opportunities for Team Leaders and Team Members, administer and advise on interpretation of the Collective Agreement, leading the Co-ops labour relations function, leading recruitment and selection, administering and coordinating employee retention programs, administering Co-op benefits plan/program, and administering, monitoring, and reporting on health and safety compliance in all departments.
Undergraduate degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. A CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation is considered an asset.
6-9 years of progressively responsible experience within applicable area of expertise.
